I swear i'm gonna switch to singnet boardband soon! Having poor and ineffectual internet connection is one thing, having useless good-for-nothing helpdesk staffs/workers is another totally different issue!
me: "hello is this starhub service center?"
the person: "yes may i help u?"
me: "i'm experiencing slow internet connection every now and then, any idea wat's the prob?"
the person: "what is your subscription plan?"
*wah as if subscription plan got to do with internet connection! damn i juz answer anyway*
me: "starhub maxonline i think"
the person:"it might be something to do with your cables, maybe they are faulty u may want to get a new cable"
me: "if u cant solve my problem can i talk to the person in charge? its urgent"
the person: "he's not around, its lunch break now maybe u would like to call back later"
*wtf? i look at e time and its 3.20pm lunch break at this time? wth!?*
I just don't understand what are these service center helpdesks for? Pay their workers to sit there surf porn? Chat online? play games? Its not the first time, and its not only starhub in fact most service centres gives such helter-skelter responses. Its obvious the person have very little knowledge of his job scope. I'm pretty sure the person in-charge is not away to lunch, just that he's afraid of losing his job if i complain, well luckily for him i din't ask for his name or he'd be in the firing line. Such a disgrace, we customers pay monthly bills to these fucking companies and this is what we get in return when we encounter problems? And so where did all those fucking promises of 'value for money', '100% free service' bla bla go to? I just can't stand people pretending to be clever, if he doesn't know how to solve the problem should just tell me, at least i can ask another person or what. Why try to be clever and tell me my cable is faulty etc? Its so fucking lame man!
This is so screwed damn it! For now i guess i can't even blog for few days, its so laggy and super slow that i thought i was using windows 95! argh!
