Mynakedtruths is alive once again after going on a nice month long vacation somewhere out there! Miss me anyone? I know I took a bloody long time to revamp my blog but as you can see I created my entire blog from scratch, from a bloody white blank template especially the astrology part and given my tight busy schedule I certainly didn't have much time to work on it. Creating a blog template isn't as easy as some might think, you've got to visualize the design, work on the actual design and then test it out. And chances are it's often crap at the first few tries so you end up redoing all over a couple of times before you get it right. And I think this banner is kinda crap, gonna change a new one soon, I just don't have the right picture to create the kind of banner I want just yet.

More than a month without blogging I certainly feel rusty but it's good to be back blogging once again. I've heard alot about the special devine monkey tree which was of all places, located right in front of my old house in Jurong West. Since I was around the area for a hair cut on Sunday, the idea cropped up that I should pay the tree a visit since I'm nearby. I expected people but I didn't expect a crowd!

On seeing the crowd I wonder if I was at a normal housing estate street or the famous 'si ma lu' temple at bugis street. All these people crowding around a tree, snapping pictures, touching the 'monkey', burning joss sticks, offering bananas and there were all sorts of people. Wow, managed to squeeze in and got a touch of the 'monkey' as well hoping I'd bring me luck in some way. But I guess the monkey didn't like me or something, that evening my mom lost her handbag! Freak!

Anyway on the brighter side, it's just 3 days to my bangkok trip! 3 days! How time flies, the last time I blogged there were still like 60 days more to go! I'm really up for it, almost all the plannings have been done! 3 days more to sinful bangkok!!!
